Anjali began consulting for Strategic Solutions after finishing her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2010. Anjali brings expertise in human interaction and behavior, and has been very involved in the areas of talent selection, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational culture change, and assessing different personality types and team dynamics. In addition, Anjali has focused on strategic and succession planning for many clients, and she has been very involved in the implementation phase of client engagements. Anjali earned her Certificate in Family Business Advising (CFBA) through the Family Firm Institute and has dedicated her career to helping both families and businesses achieve their goals.
