Utilizing her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Anjali brings highly specialized skill sets to the consulting process. One of Anjali's key areas of specialization is talent management. Anjali earned a Certificate in Family Business Advising (CFBA) and works with all types of issues involving recruitment, retention, training and development and organizational culture. In addition, Anjali has worked with strategic and succession planning for many clients and she has been very involved in the implementation phase of the strategy for clients. As a result, Anjali has worked with all levels of people in organizations to create and manage a process of change. Anjali’s people skills, together with her creativity and “out of the box thinking,” have helped many clients formulate and implement their strategy.
